Customer Survey: Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Sol Distribution will run a draw for customers who complete the “Sol Distribution Customer Feedback Survey 2025” to win a $150AUD credit voucher.

All entries must complete the feedback forms by 15 June 2025. This promotion is run by Sustainable Business Energy Solutions t/a Sol Distribution (we, us, our).

You must be a legitimate customer with Sol Distribution and have purchased with us in the last 12 months (July 2024 – June 2025) to be eligible to win. By completing the feedback form, you’ll get an entry for the draw. You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’ve completed the survey, which qualifies as an entry to the draw.

The draw will take place after the participation period ends, sometime between Monday 23 June 2025 and Friday 27 June 2025. Start time of the draw may vary and it is at our discretion.

The first valid eligible entry drawn will win the credit voucher.

We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 

​By entering this draw, you agree to participate in our marketing activities including using the customer’s name for marketing purposes such a social media or email announcements (if any).

The winner will be contacted directly at the end of the draw with the necessary details.

We reserve the right to: (a) ask you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of eligibility to claim a prize, (b) determine how the promotion is run, including the selection of a winner, and (c) disqualify any entrant who we believe has breached these terms and conditions. 

The winner of the lucky draw will receive a credit voucher valued at $150AUD* that can be used on a Sol Distribution order. Voucher can be redeemed in your next order through Sol Distribution – a minimum order of $300AUD required. Only one voucher is available for the winner. Customer must use credit in one transaction. The credit voucher is valid until 31 July 2025.

The winner of this credit accepts the terms and conditions when receiving this gift.

It is the winner’s responsibility to advise the Sol Distribution team to use the credit when putting an order through.

Please make sure your credit is applied in your sales order or your order over the phone.
