Overview
Sol Distribution is running a passport game during All Energy 2024 on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 October 2024 at booth No. MM123 in the MCEC. All visitors are welcome to play!
Complete the passport by collecting all the stickers from visiting each partner listed below and instantly win a goodie bag. Your completed Passport will give you 1x Entry into our draw to win a tabletop arcade game.
Eligibility
Passport must be picked up at our Sol Distribution booth (MM123) during All Energy. You need to fill out your name, company name (if applicable) and contact details to be able to participate in the draw. You must visit all 17 partner booths and receive a sticker in your passport to make your visit valid.
The passport must be completed during exhibition hours (9am-5pm) on Wednesday 23 – Thursday 24 October 2024.
Any entrant who, in our opinion, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who doesn’t properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win. We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
How to Play & Win
The tag must take place at the MCEC in Melbourne during the All Energy 2024 conference on Wednesday 23 – Thursday 23 October 2024.
Participant will need to:
1) Pick up the All Energy 2024 Passport from the Sol Distribution booth: you can ask one of our staff to give you one, we’ll scan your badge for reference and hand out the passport for you to fill out the details and complete “your first visit”.
2) Visit all booths listed at All Energy 2024 Passport by Sol Distribution: you can take your time and visit each booth at your own leisure. As long as you receive a sticker from the participant partner your visit will be eligible.
3) Once you have completed the above steps, you must come back to the Sol Distribution booth (MM123) and one of our representatives will check your passport and hand you a goodie bag.

Privacy Policy
By entering this game, you agree to participate in our marketing activities including sharing the content, being mentioned in our social media platforms, emails and comments. We may use your name or company name, photo and comments for marketing purposes for an unlimited time and in any media without reference or compensation to you.
We reserve the right to: (a) ask you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of eligibility to claim a prize, (b) determine how this promotion is run, and (c) disqualify any entrant who we believe has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct intended to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this promotion.
The Prize
A goodie bag is available to anyone who completes the All Energy 2024 Passport. The goodie bag contains Sol Distribution branded merchandise, including a portable car charger, a water bottle, an A6 size notebook, a mini sunscreen, a cooler bag, a pair of socks and a pin.
One bag per completed passport.
If participant decides to enter the draw, the completed passport will be used as an entry to the draw and the prize will be a tabletop arcade game. The draw will take place at the end of All Energy exhibit and the winner will be contacted via the details left in the passport.
Responsibilities
Once the goodie bag has been handed out to the participant, no changes are allowed.
The winner of the tabletop arcade game is responsible for providing us the correct contact & shipping details to send the prize. We are not responsible for a prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with after it has left our warehouse and sent to the winner.
