Play a foosball match during La Festa del Sole for a chance to win!

Sol Distribution is running a foosball lucky draw during our networking event at All Energy 2025 on Wednesday 29 October 2025. All guests are welcome to play!

Complete the form in the scanned QR code and this will give you and your teammates 1x Entry into our lucky draw to win a foosball table.

You’ll need to fill out the form in the scanned QR code with the details requested to be able to participate in the draw. If you prefer just to play a foosball match without entering the draw, you are also more than welcome to.

However, the match and the form should be completed during the networking event hours (6pm-10pm) on Wednesday 29 October 2025 in order for the entry to be eligible. Every player listed in a team will get an entry to the draw (maximum of 3x entries per team).

Any entrant who, in our opinion, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who doesn’t properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win. We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 

The foosball match must take place at the Pan Pacific Melbourne during our networking event La Festa del Sole on Wednesday 29 October 2025.

Participant will need to:

1) Scan the QR code and fill out the details in the form: you need to create a Team name (this can be your company name), add your teammates names, enter a main email address (so we can contact you if your team is the winner). Don’t close the form yet – you still need to enter your final score!

2) Play a foosball match: you can play one, two or as many matches as you’d like. Just make sure you give a chance to other participants to play too.

3) Enter your final score: Once you have completed the above steps, you must enter your final score to your entry form and submit it before the end of the event.

​By entering this game, you agree to participate in our marketing activities including sharing the content, being mentioned in our social media platforms, emails and comments. We may use your name or company name, photo and comments for marketing purposes for an unlimited time and in any media without reference or compensation to you. 

We reserve the right to: (a) ask you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of eligibility to claim a prize, (b) determine how this promotion is run, and (c) disqualify any entrant who we believe has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct intended to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this promotion. 

The lucky winner of the draw will receive a foosball table (5FT Game Table Soccer Foosball Football Home Family Party Gift Playroom Black). The package contains 1 x Soccer table, 2 x balls, 1 x Installation instructions.

The draw will take place at the end of the networking event, and the winner will be contacted via email address which would have been provided in the form.

Once the QR code form has been submitted by the participant, no changes are allowed.

The winner of the foosball table is responsible for providing us the correct contact & shipping details to send the prize. We are not responsible for a prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with after it has left our warehouse and sent to the winner.
