Customer Survey: Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Sol Distribution will run a draw for customers who complete the “Sol Distribution Customer Feedback Survey 2025” to win a $150AUD credit voucher.

All entries must complete the feedback forms by Friday 20 June 2025. This promotion is run by Sustainable Business Energy Solutions t/a Sol Distribution (we, us, our).

Eligibility

You must be a legitimate customer with Sol Distribution and have purchase with us in the last 7 months (November 2024 – June 2025) to be eligible to win. By completing the feedback form, you’ll get an entry for the draw we’ll do at the end of the participation period.

We accept entries upon receipt by us. It’s your responsibility, to ensure we receive your entry. We aren’t responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not received by us for any reason.

The Lucky Draw

The draw will take place after the participation period ends, sometime between Monday 23 June 2025 and Friday 27 June 2025. Start time of the draw may vary and it is at our discretion.

The first valid eligible entry drawn will win the prize.

We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 

Privacy Policy

​By entering this draw, you agree to participate in our marketing activities including using the customer’s name for marketing purposes such a social media or email announcements.

The winner will be contacted directly at the end of the draw with the necessary details.

We reserve the right to: (a) ask you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of eligibility to claim a prize, (b) determine how the promotion is run, including the selection of a winner, and (c) disqualify any entrant who we believe has breached these terms and conditions. 

The Gift

The winner of the lucky draw will receive a credit voucher valued at $150AUD. Voucher can be redeemed in your next order for purchases through Sol Distribution. Only one voucher is available for the winner, per customer. Customer must use credit in one transaction. Minimum order of $300AUD required. The voucher is valid until 31 July 2025.

Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to let us know when the voucher/credit will be use so we can apply it to the order. Please make sure your credit is applied in your sales order or your order over the phone.
