Terms and Conditions: Jeri Lucky Draw

Sol Distribution is running a draw for all customers who complete a Feedback Form. To show our appreciation for completing the form, we’d like to give you a chance to win a jeri portable battery. By completing the feedback, you’ll get an entry for the draw at the end of the participation period (August 2024).

All entries must complete the feedback forms on site at the Brewery Dinner on Thursday 8 August 2024. This promotion is run by Sustainable Business Energy Solutions t/a Sol Distribution (we, us, our).

Eligibility

For your entry to be eligible, the feedback form has to be completed on site at our Sol Brewery Dinner on Thursday 8 August 2024. All mandatory fields must be completed. You can choose to remain anonymous. However, if you’d like your entry to be eligible to participate in the draw, company name and email address. This is with the purpose of identifying the entry for the draw. You can still complete the feedback form and remain anonymous.

Please be mindful we aren’t responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not received by us for any reason.

In order for us to ship the gift, you would have to put through a minimum order of $900AUD from Sol Distribution (from all available items on stock). Then we’ll ship the jeri Portable Battery as part of the order.

The Lucky Draw

The draw will take place on Wednesday 14 August 2024.

Any entrant who, in our opinion, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who doesn’t properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win. We reserve the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 

Privacy Policy

​By entering this draw, you agree to participate in our marketing activities including being mentioned in our social media platforms, emails and comments. We may use your name, photo and comments for marketing purposes for an unlimited time and in any media without reference or compensation to you. 

The winner will be announced and publicised on our social media accounts after the draw has taken place.

We reserve the right to: (a) ask you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of eligibility to claim a prize, (b) determine how the promotion is run, including the selection of a winner, and (c) disqualify any entrant who we believe has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct intended to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 

The Gift

The winner of the lucky draw will receive a jeri Portable Battery Power V4 valued at $540 AUD. The winner will be contacted to find out delivery details. Once the item leaves the warehouse, we are not responsible for any damages. Only one winner is allowed and only one portable battery is available for the winner.

Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for a prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with after it has been handed out to the winner.
