SMA’s Sunny Boy 3.0-5.0 comes with the new FREE Smart Connected Service Package. When the inverter is put on Sunny Portal and registered for Smart Connected, SMA will automatically monitor the inverter. If problems occur, we will advise the original installer and they can deal with problems before their customer even knows something is wrong. And if the inverter needs replacement, SMA will pre-ship the inverter so installers only need 1 truck-roll. Smart Connected can help reduce your cost and improve the service you offer to your customers.
